Ik realiseerde me dat ik veel energie kreeg in de persoonlijke talentontwikkeling en groei van managers en sales mensen. Door me te concentreren op toewijding merkte ik dat ik mensen inspireerde door mijn passie, gedegen inhoud en gedrevenheid en hen kon brengen tot veel meer dan ze zelf dachten. In de praktijk ervaar ik dat ik leidinggevenden, als manager en ook als mens help bij het verbeteren van hun performance. Inspireren en helpen de extra kwaliteiten te ontplooien om betere resultaten te halen dat is mijn persoonlijke missie die ik deel met mijn collega’s.
Marc is the Owner/Principal Trainer of Business Mentors. He has been in the people business for over 20 years and has built relationships with people from all walks of life. Marc was a consultant trainer for Mercuri International and Krauthammer International for over 18 years working with several clients.
Since leaving the public radio VRT in 1990, after being 6 years presenter and producer of several radio programs, he has delivered management en sales training, consultancy and coaching to a variety of people, sectors and professions, including Insurance, B2B, IT, ICT, Banking, Production..
He has a passion for training and leadership and wants to use his experiences in leading en development teams under high pressure and in dynamic environments.
Marc’s ability to share his unique interpersonal skills and experiences has been a benefit to his clients. His training has given others’ the opportunity to think beyond their professional world and put into practice his lessons both professionally and personally.
Marc holds the following qualifications: Master in training & education ( Krauthammer International University, Switzerland).Master in Sales (Mercuri International University, Sweden).
